Ghidați de principiul „Singura constantă este schimbarea”, astăzi, alături de partenerii noștri de la INFORM (membru AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS), am avut plăcerea de a discuta cu clienții despre impactul Inteligenței Artificiale – un subiect dezbătut intens, dar cu un rol din ce în ce mai important în contextul actual.
Am abordat în mod specific posibilitățile și așteptările realiste legate de implementarea acestei tehnologii în cadrul sistemelor de tip ECM. De asemenea, partenerul nostru a susținut o demonstrație live, în care a prezentat modul în care putem integra suita noastră, ELO ECM Suite, cu Gen AI, soluția lor de inteligență artificială, pentru a răspunde și mai eficient nevoilor clienților noștri.

Primul eveniment de business care a deschis sezonul de toamnă a avut loc miercuri, în Oradea, unde, alături de partenerul nostru ETA2U, am organizat o un nou eveniment ELO Business Lunch dedicat digitalizării.
Am discutat despre avantajele digitalizării fluxurilor de lucru în organizații și am prezentat cele mai bune practice în cadrul unei demonstrații live a soluțiilor ELO Contract și ELO Registratură.
La eveniment au participat companii din educație, utilități și producție și suntem foarte încântați de feedback-ul pozitiv primit din partea participanților.

You were promised a story, so here it is ...
Our assignment was to complete a communication mission at sea, with little to no help from our skippers. Our objective was clear: sail through the open water, decode 5 flag-coded messages, uncover the secret message, and return safely to the marina. But for any of this to happen, one boat needed to get close enough to the shore, where the flags were flying.
Like our projects back at work, we were divided into small teams— 5 groups of 6-7 people spread across 5 boats. We had clear roles, precise instructions, the know-how to sail from point A to point B, and the support of our skippers. Everything seemed perfectly in place. Or so we thought…until SHE hit us. The BIG BLACK SEA.
At first, it was fear that gripped us. She was vast, unpredictable, and moody. We didn’t know what she had in store for us or how she might challenge us. Then seasickness began to take hold and one of the boats had to turn back, the others pressed on, even if part of the crew was not in the best shape.
As we adjusted to the sea’s erratic temperament, we slowly found our rhythm. We sailed with the wind, moving toward our destination. At that point, each boat had lost one or two members to the relentless motion of the waves.
When we finally arrived at the point of maximum visibility, we should have been able to clearly see the signal flags on the beach. At least, that’s what the plan had promised. But in reality, the boats were heaving and rolling with each wave, and trying to steady binoculars on the rough sea felt impossible. Frustration crept in as the flags danced just out of our view, and one by one, we began to fall victim to the unforgiving motion of the boats. It was a moment suspended in time—so close to completing our mission, yet seemingly out of reach.
Just when all seemed lost, one of the skippers had a stroke of brilliance: use the photographer on one of the boats!
It wasn’t a seamless solution at first. We had to pinpoint the exact building on the shore, identify each flag, decode them, relay the messages to the other boats, and work together to piece it all together. But by the time we reached the fifth flag, without realizing it, we’d created a system. We’d assigned roles, developed procedures, and, most importantly, found a way to communicate and adapt to the challenge. Together, we had not only survived the situation—we were succeeding. And in that moment, we truly understood the essence of Agile.
What did we take away from this experience? The deep satisfaction of overcoming a difficult task together. If we could conquer the stormy sea, unpredictable weather, and seasickness, then surely, no project on land could stop us. “We sail together, we thrive together!”
A heartfelt thanks to our Real Life Skipper, who not only kept us safe but gave us an experience we’ll carry with us always. This challenge was more than just an assignment—it was a lesson in teamwork, resilience, and trust.

Summer days are over, and we are back in business in full throttle!
Last weekend we have gathered for a special occasion at Hambar in Vama Veche: our annual teambuilding!
We have talked about our Agile journey which we are about to take to the next level as we have embarked on a 6 month Road to Mastery adventure together. And we took this embarkment quite literally, as we have sailed away at sea for a great challenge, one that we will be talking in a detailed post, as there are so much to share about it! Another brick on our way to Agile transformation ... Building and refining the backlog is not always easy. Aligning the tasks towards the project goal always requires teamwork and sometimes negociations ... However, transparency and having a set of common grounds makes it easier to handle 🙂
