I know and understand the sign says it is a three-bedroom house.
I don't have a sign that says four bedrooms.
The full bathroom is on the second floor, and the half bath is on the main floor.
There is a main-level bedroom, and the remaining three bedrooms are upstairs.
Tenants must have all the utilities placed in their name(s).
Gas with CenterPoint Energy, water with Indiana American Water, sanitation with Richmond Sanitation Department, and electricity with Richmond Power & Light are utilities.
Since I don't pay for utilities, I don't have averages.
