Job Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule service appointments
Log all customer comments into our database
Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in database
Confirm scheduled appointments with future happy Parks Automotive customers
Re-schedule no show customer appointments
Purify and update customer changes in database
Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives
Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set
Other job duties as assigned by manager
Job Qualifications:
Pleasant and engaging phone persona
Making outbound calls, emails, and texts
Dealership and call center experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Team oriented
Must complete criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
