Our cheerful Front Desk agents are responsible for attending to any guests needs, and diffusing any issues that may arise during their stay.

*What you will be doing: *
* _Start each shift by communicating with other team members _
* _Assisting the Front Office Manager and Housekeeping Manager with any small tasks that might arise _
* _Answering telephone and attempting to diffuse any guest issues or needs at first point of contact_
* _You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests during their stay_
* _Providing information to guests about the local area, hotel services and amenities_
* _Handling guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner _
* _Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied _
* _This position requires continuous movement and standing throughout your shift _
