*Call Center Representative - Transfer Specialist* *\*\* Easy Call with Incentives based on performance, if you have Call center experience then this is the job for you\*\*\** *\*Full Time 40 hours per week Mon - Fri\** *\*100% In Office/On Site in a call center environment\** *Essential Functions* * Initiating welcome calls with customers over the phone while providing an excellent and exceptional experience for the caller.
* Actively listening to the customer’s needs and wants.
* Reading the script verbatim to engage the caller and to keep the conversation fluid, if transfer is applicable, transfer appropriately.
* Ability to adapt to changing requirements in regard to compliance standards *Competencies* * Persuasion Skills * Effective Communication * Technical Capacity * Collaboration Skills *Physical Demands* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
As well as the ability to use a computer in a timely manner.
*Position Type and Expected Hours of Work* This is a full-time *on-site position*.
We are looking for the following availability to accept any shift offered by the client: _Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-8:00PM, as we are actively hiring for our 11AM-8PM shift at this time.
_ _The rate is set at $13/hour.
If you meet your 40 hours, you will receive a bonus to equal out to $14/hour.
