Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler

*Mountain View Physical Therapy *is looking for a dynamic, talented Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to start *ASAP* at our fun, fast-paced physical therapy office.

*Anticipated hours*: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
*Pay range*: $16.
50-18.
50/hr, DOE *Front Desk Duties include:* \*Scheduling patients for appointments \*Processing incoming referrals \*Communicating with Insurance companies \*Answering and transferring calls for a multi-line system \*General data entry/organizing through an EMR system \*Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel \*Ability to adapt to other computer software programs.
