Compensation Range: $98,700-$135,000 Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.
Job Purpose Responsible for the planning, budgeting, documenting and oversight of all aspects of Business Application programs, including ERP, throughout the project life cycle.
The position leads the design, testing, planning, budgeting, and implementation of complex projects for systems and services that typically affect many employees.
The Project Manager works closely with senior management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as coordinates with other departments for support.
The position is focused on meeting project commitments.
It is imperative for this resource to drive consistency in the implementation of systems and best practices and understand LEAN methodologies.
This position will involve working across all lines of business and will require solid communication skills, the ability to build relationships and drive a consistent agenda.
The Project Manager will need to focus on both Business and MIS resources, processes, and deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Working with MIS leadership and the ERP/Business Application MIS Managers, to create a roadmap for our ERP initiatives across the landscape.
Develop project plans and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the organization.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in establishing realistic timelines and goals for project deliverables Demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create partnerships with team members and stakeholders Work seamlessly with Organizational Change Management to drive change to ensure project success while taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities Develop / maintain detailed project budgets Follow standard project methodology frameworks to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Manage project status, risks and issues with appropriate escalation mechanism Pro-actively develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate program/project risk Establish contacts and cultivate relationships and a network both inside and outside of EnerSys Conduct follow-up meetings with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve project management processes and toolkits Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requires BS degree in Computer Science or related area of study.
Strong IT Application Project Management skills required; PMI or equivalent certification / relevant experience preferred.
5+ years of working experience as a project manager in the information technology or ERP with a minimum of 2-3 SAP S/4 HANA implementations for a large enterprise (combination of brown field and green field).
S/4 Implementation experience in Manufacturing organization strongly desired Proven experience structuring frameworks/approaches to complex problem-solving experience in LEAN processes is strongly preferred Experience working successfully in large, complex, fast-paced organizations Computer / Technical Skills In-depth Understanding and working experience of project management software including MS Project and Smartsheet.
In-depth understanding of the end-to-end life cycle requirements of key business processes.
9-11 years of strong functional, design and configuration experience in at least 2 functional modules across SD, MM, EWM, PP, FICO, SAP Master Data and 5 years of SAP S/4 project lead/manager experience.
Expert knowledge and experience of SAP S/4 HANA architecture including core functionalities and migration.
Implementation/Project Management experience in SAP MDG desired.
Proficient in use of standard office software and reporting applications Advanced MS Office skills specifically with Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince II.
