A simple call or email is all it takes to maintain professionalism and leave a positive impression, even if you need to reschedule. We’re looking for candidates who value respect and commitment—qualities that are fundamental in the workplace. Starting 📅 May 1, 2024 , a new French governmental measure will impact professional training contracts called contrat de professionnalisation. The contrat de professionnalisation, or also known as contrat Pro, is a fixed-term contract or a permanent contract where employees gain professional qualification through a combination of practical on-the-job tasks while following theoretical courses in a professional training organization. It is specific to young people aged 16 to 25, jobseekers aged 26 and over, and those who qualify for minimum solidarity income - RSA (and contrat unique d'insertion for the public sector). 📝: The exceptional hiring subsidy of 💶 6,000 will be discontinued for contrat de professionnalisation, despite its initial announcement of extension until 2027 (Decree No. 2024-392 of April 27, 2024). This decision is aligned with the need to reduce the budget deficit 💼. Contracts concluded before May 1, 2024, will be the last to benefit from this government subsidy of 6000 euros 💡. However, companies can turn to other forms of support, such as assistance from France Travail and the State for different types of job seekers under professional training contracts. On the other hand, the subsidy for hiring apprentices remains in place until the end of 2024. This is to achieve the government's goal of hiring one million apprentices by 2027. The contrat d’aprentissage is specific to students who work in the company and follow classes in an educational institution. This measure provides employers with a maximum financial aid of 💶 6,000 per apprentice for the first year of the contract 🏢. To receive this aid, the employer must submit the apprenticeship contract to the OPCO (French government training subsidy provider) on which it depends. Attending such webinars is quiet important, as it provides a good opportunity to gain insights into what other companies are doing to develop their leadership talent. I love this video. 🙂 A great value here is collaboration, support. But is that the most important thing? If you support towards the wrong goal, are you succeeding? I've noticed that teams in organisations sometimes don't know their goals. People put a lot of efforts in achieving great things that would not serve the objective of the organisation. It is leadership's responsibility to ensure that their teams know and understand clearly the goal. In this video, the collaborator solved a problem taking initiative and risks, but missed the goal so close to it. ⚠Social security contributions for posted workers to France are MANDATORY!! In the context of international mobility, it is necessary to determine the applicable social security legislation: ● In which country are compulsory social contributions due? ● How will the employee be covered by social security? This will help determine how the employee will be covered in the event of illness, maternity, work-related accident, what family benefits he or she will be entitled to, how pension contributions will be taken into account, etc. It is the employer's responsibility to ensure that the employee is covered by a social security system and that compulsory social contributions are paid throughout the period of mobility.
