1/2 to 2 acre land (Caldwell)

Looking to purchase 1/2 to 2 acre building lot in or around the city of Caldwell, NC.
Not too picky, but would like it to be on higher ground, or high enough that it’s not in a flood plane.
Doesn’t even need to have road frontage unless that’s a county requirement to build.
My budget for construction is tight, so all I can allocate for building lot is $12,000 to about $22,000 depending on size of land.
I’m a 68 year old military veteran looking to use my VA loan privilege to build.
Would appreciate any leads you might be able to provide me.
