Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the car buying process by providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Conduct test drives to showcase the features and performance of various vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and available options.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with a strong sales background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
