  • Did you know that a weekend can change your product mindset? 🤔 Join us as we look back at 2024 and the amazing journey Product Weekend embarked on! We started the year with an event concept that worked great in Lisbon, and set as a goal validating it in as many new cities and countries as possible. We also had a few other event formats in mind to validate, but seemed like a far fetched dream. The result? A community of product enthusiasts who found value, connection, and a unique atmosphere where psychological safety is the foundation. We've organized 16 events in 7 countries, and have tested 3 new event formats. Check out this video testimonial capturing the essence of our events in Barcelona, Porto and Lisbon and hear firsthand how we’ve made a difference in the lives of Product People. 🎥 We're beyond grateful for the trust and excitement you've shown us this year. Your experiences and feedback are the compass guiding our journey into 2025. How was your experience with Product Weekend this year? • 🚀 Ever wondered what happens when Product Managers unite for an exclusive chat with a visionary leader? Well, last evening, we discovered just that! Our first interactive webinar with the incredible Tami Reiss 🚀 was nothing short of inspiring. We put a high focus on having an intimate session, with a limited number of spots, and no recordings, to ensure psychological safety and a cozy environment. We delved deep into product vision strategies and Tami's "Where to" framework. We didn't stop at theory, through the questions from the audience, we went in depth on how it can be implemented in different industries and contexts. It was a unique opportunity to connect and engage in a meaningful way. A huge thank you to Tami for sharing her expertise and to everyone who joined us. Your feedback will shape our future webinars in 2025, so let us know how we can continue this journey together! 🌟 Stay tuned, and let's keep pushing the boundaries of Product Management. #productmanagement #productvision #techcommunity #innovation #webinar #productweekend #product #community #vision #productvision

  • 🌟 Ever wondered what happens when product leaders from all corners of Europe come together? Magic!   Today, we had the pleasure of catching up with the brilliant minds from our October Leaders' Retreat. It was more than just a catch-up; it was a 90-minute of exchanging ideas, insights, and inspiration. With two parallel tracks, everyone got to dive into topics that truly mattered to them, making every minute count. Big kudos to Natalie Rückert for organizing it! ⚡ We talked about how to navigate toxic work environments, and also put together a vision for our Product Leaders community. It was great seeing everyone contribute to vision, how to bring it to life and next steps. You can expect recurring online gatherings and a format that brings value to everyone! Thank you all, for joining 🥙Abdo Wahba, Norma Díaz-Vergara, PhD, Begoña Sesé de Lucio, Francisco Pinto Leite, Gonçalo Amorim, Silvia-Cristina Bustos Rodriguez, Teresa L. Lemos, Nina Maurer,Sergiu Lazar Angelescu, Joao Moita (sorry we didn't catch you all in the pic).   We're already buzzing with excitement as we plan for the Leaders' Retreats in 2025. Our mission? To support product leaders on their journeys, by creating a safe space for sharing, supporting and having each other's back throughout our careers. While the magic starts with an in-person retreat, it doesn't mean it ends once we return home! 🚀   #productmanagement #productleadership #networking #innovation #techcommunity #leadership #productweekend #leadersretreat #productstrategy #community

  • 🎉 It's that magical time of the year again – corporate Christmas parties! But beyond the festive cheer, there's a golden opportunity to foster psychological safety within your team. 🎄 Corporate get-togethers can be a double-edged sword. They can either fortify team bonds or, if mishandled, damage the existing ones. As Product Managers and leaders, we know the significance of environment, group dynamics, and activities in shaping our team’s morale, and building top products. 🤝 So, how can we ensure these events become a launchpad for collaboration and productivity rather than a pitfall? By being intentional with our setup, activities, and behaviors, we can create spaces where everyone feels comfortable, valued and heard. Do you have any key stakeholder or team member you haven't been in good relations or haven't "vibed" lately? Maybe the upcoming Christmas party is the opportunity you need for building a better relationship. Join us at Product Weekend, where we delve deeper into crafting environments that prioritize psychological safety. We tackle this topic in the last season of our podcast, on our blog and in every event that we organize. Whether it’s through Product Development techniques, engaging team activities or communication strategies, we’re all about building stronger, more cohesive teams and stakeholder interactions. 🌟 Share your thoughts and let's brainstorm together on how to make these gatherings truly impactful! #productmanagement #techleadership #networking #innovation #productdevelopment #christmasparty #psychologicalsafety #productweekend
