Here are some foods that are particularly beneficial in the first phase of the menstrual cycle: 🥑 Iron-rich diets help restore hemoglobin levels and decrease hair loss. Eat more spinach, broccoli, meat, and chicken. 🥝 Consume foods low in polyunsaturated fatty acids to support reproductive health. Consume additional fatty fish, such as salmon and sardines, walnuts, and chia seeds. 🥜 Foods deficient in vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 reduces premenstrual syndrome symptoms like exhaustion and irritability. Eat more bananas, salads, poultry, and fish. Low Potassium Foods: Potassium reduces edema and promotes cardiovascular health. Consume more bananas, avocado, spinach, and legumes. Tips for including these foods in your diet: 1️⃣ Start your day with oats, banana, and walnuts. 2.
