The World Health Organization has published new guidelines recommending not using sweeteners for weight loss 😮. On the one hand, using these sweeteners has no long-term benefit in reducing body fat. On the other hand, sweeteners can be harmful to health, as they are associated with increased risks of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and mortality.
