Last week, I had the opportunity to dedicate some time to something I not only truly love but also believe is essential for anyone in our industry—visiting stores! It’s a practice I make sure to do regularly. Even when I’m not working on a specific category, walking through different retail aisles and simply observing the sets and trends is incredibly inspiring. Many of my best ideas come from those moments spent in stores! If I could offer one piece of advice, it would be this: whenever you can, take the time to step into the stores and see what’s happening out there. It's been about eight years since I last attended SIAL Paris, either as an exhibitor or an attendee, and I’m excited to be returning this year! It’s been two months since I embarked on this exciting new chapter in my career, and the journey has been incredible so far! Today, I’m thrilled to share more about what I’ve been working on over the past couple of months. As Founder and CEO of Lisbon Global, I lead the company’s strategic vision and execution. A major part of my role is building and establishing partnerships with brands looking to break into the U.S. food and beverage market. Once these partnerships are formed, I take on the role of U.S. Head of Expansion and Growth, overseeing every aspect of their operations to ensure a successful entry and sustained growth in the U.S. market.
