Every solution needs to be accessible 👈 This was the key takeaway from yesterday's Accessibility Booster Session, where we brought together our designers, developers, and QA team to explore how we can make the digital world more inclusive. For the past few years, accessible digital solutions have been a top priority at IMPACT Commerce, driven by a skilled team and backed by a comprehensive toolbox. And with the Accessibility Act becoming law in June 2025, it’s more crucial than ever to ensure that everyone understands the why, what, and how of accessibility. Because it's not just a matter of compliance – it’s about creating digital spaces that everyone can use. A huge thank you to our friend and guest star, Stein Erik Skotkjerra, for joining us to share insights and tips on infusing accessibility into every part of our work. And, of course, a huge shoutout to our experts Yasmin Nielsen and Louise Klüwer for their tireless efforts in keeping accessibility at the forefront of our agenda. Yesterday, we teamed up with DI Handel to explore how #omnichannel strategies can transform the #B2B landscape, making digital experiences stronger, smarter and more human-centered. Here’s a quick recap of the key takeaways: 💡 Synergy matters. Blending digital and physical touchpoints brings true value to customers. 💡 Face-to-face is here to stay – digital tools just make these connections even more meaningful. 💡 It’s all about people. Knowing your customers and colleagues deeply leads to better, more seamless experiences. 💡 Omnichannel isn’t just a marketing strategy. It’s a full business approach that connects every part of the organisation. 💡Customers are already omnichannel, so staying relevant means keeping up with their expectations. We had some very interesting speakers lined up, sharing their perspectives on how B2B businesses can succeed with omnichannel commerce. Emil Østrup Broner and Karoline Lotz Jonassen broke down the latest findings from DI Handel’s omnichannel analysis and the Omnichannel Index 2024 by IMPACT Commerce and Google. Peter Bak Torjusen shared his perspectives on the state of omnichannel in B2B, along with a cheatsheet on how B2B companies can elevate their omnichannel strategy through concrete initiatives – from data modelling to organisational structure. Asger Rothenborg from Dagrofa Foodservice shared insights on their road towards a more digitalised and personalised customer experience – and how they’re using AI to predict churn and deliver personalised content based on segments. Jesper Hessel Damsgaard from Pandora rounded off, sharing key learnings from their omnichannel journey and reminding us all of what really matters – removing barriers and enabling customers to buy when, where and how they want to.
