Season’s Greetings to All! This year, we did something a bit different that would: ❄️ Bring our community together ❄️ Unleash our creativity (we may not be artists but scientists and health professionals can be super creative!) ❄️ Result in beautiful and unique artistic images that could be shared with you We hope you enjoy our collaborative card created with cyanotype - a photographic printing technique invented by John Herschel (1792-1871), a mathematician, astronomer, chemist and experimental photographer who developed this technique to find a way to copy his notes. 👉 Find out about the process behind the creation of this Season’s Greetings Card: https://lnkd.in/dJHZfK_a Wishing You Happy Holidays and a Creative, Merry and Healthy 2025!

🍰 👅 More calories lead to more consumption. 🥐 A study from the Neuropsychiatry Unit at the Champalimaud Foundation shows that individuals with and without obesity both prefer high-calorie food despite similar taste and texture. 🧠 This study, published in the open-access journal PLOS Biology, also showed differences in the dopaminergic system of these groups that can potentially impact the amount of food consumed but not necessarily the types of food preferred. 👉 Read more about this study here: https://lnkd.in/dnuKf-B9 📓 Original paper: https: //https://lnkd.in/dMKaPMXM
