🎮 On November 18th, APVP hosted a workshop for the community, led by Europa Criativa MEDIA Portugal, to provide insights into the Creative Europe Call for Video Game and Immersive Content Development. 🌐 The workshop featured two presentations: one by Susana Costa Pereira from Europa Criativa MEDIA Portugal and another by Bernardo Moutinho from Granter.ai. This was followed by an interactive Q&A panel, moderated by Diogo Rato, with Ricardo Cesteiro from Camel 101 joining this discussion. The event was both in-person and live-streamed. On November 14th and 15th, Lisbon welcomed another edition of DevGAMM Lisbon, bringing together incredible national and international talent from the video game industry. Around 18 APVP members attended the event. 🇵🇹🎮#PortugalGames. Here’s a quick recap: 🌍 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 On the second day, APVP hosted a panel moderated by Jeferson Valadares, APVP President, exploring Portugal's gaming startup ecosystem. The session featured Francisco Moreira from Gaming Hub by Unicorn Factory Lisboa, José Vale from IAPMEI, Pedro Silveira from AICEP, and Malte Barth from BITKRAFT Ventures focusing on resources like funding, mentorship, and government support, while comparing Portugal’s ecosystem with international benchmarks. 🏆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗠 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 The DevGAMM Awards closed the event by recognizing some of the most remarkable games and developers.
