Looking for place to store sawmill (Portland or surrounding areas)

I have to move my sawmill operation and am looking for a place to store it.
I have considered selling it or putting it in an RV storage lot, but I want to be able to use it occasionally.
This might be a stretch, but thought I'd put it out there.
If you have a little barn space and are in the country with trees to mill and have projects but cant justify the cost of a mill or the expense of hiring a sawyer we should talk.
If you have trees and you want lumber for some projects we should talk.
Would also be a great deal for an arborist with a yard space to mill in.
I'm looking for storage for about a year but don't want to pay $200 a month and not be able to use it.
I milled about a dozen logs last year to give you an idea of my use.
That would be about a weeks worth of work.
