Toyota Matrix and Toyota 4runner Trade for 4x4 truck (Tigard)

I have a 1995 Toyota 4runner 4x4 with 140k miles.
Runs and drives well.
It has a rebuilt title form a long time ago and the guy a bought it from said it had damage to one side and he owned a body shop and repaired it.
Power everything and new AC compressor in 2023.
$4000k cash I also have a 2003 Toyota Matrix 5 speed Manual and yes it is lifted with oversized tires.
It has 190k runs and drives well and has new clutch in August 2023.
AC, Heat and manual everything else including windows and door locks.
Clean and Clear title.
$4000 Cash or combo trade (See below) Will trade the pair for a 4x4 truck with V8 that has 4 doors and under 150k miles.
