, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing managers to implement strategies, drive revenue growth, and enhance our brand presence.

*Key Responsibilities:* *Sales Support:*Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, preparing sales materials, and conducting market research.
Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
*Marketing Assistance:*Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting updates and engaging with followers.
Help maintain the company website by updating content and ensuring its alignment with marketing strategies.
*Data Analysis:*Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics for the sales and marketing teams.
Contribute insights to enhance decision-making processes.
*Administrative Support:*Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing travel arrangements.
Maintain organized records and files related to sales and marketing activities.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
