They are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in the role of HVAC Project Sales.
This vital position focuses on providing high-level sales of design/build HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanicals, primarily targeting sectors such as commercial offices, education (K-12 and higher education), multifamily residential buildings, healthcare facilities, and other commercial environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with owners, designers, some contractors, and other key decision-makers, identifying their needs, crafting tailored proposals, and ensuring the smooth acceptance and execution of projects.
HVAC Project Sales Job Responsibilities Engage with owners, designers, contractors, and other decision-makers in various commercial sectors to identify and understand their HVAC and plumbing needs.
Present and sell design/build HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical solutions to commercial office spaces, educational institutions, multifamily residential buildings, healthcare facilities, and other commercial entities.
Create comprehensive proposals that meet client needs and specifications.
Ensure the successful acceptance and implementation of HVAC and plumbing projects.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications Proven experience in higher-end design/build sales, particularly in HVAC and plumbing.
Team-oriented with an ability to work collaboratively.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and efficient in getting things done.
