Who we are looking for We're looking for a North America Soccer Specialty Partner Representative to join our team! We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand in the marketplace! We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies; stay current on product and product changes; and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.
What you will work on As a Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans for our retail accounts (Inline & Team) and B2B accounts.
This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information.
The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations.
This role will be expected to be the expert on the team/grassroots landscape identifying new partnerships while maintaining strong partnerships with existing organizations in Nike.
We also empower you to be a thought partner to the Director, NA Partners Soccer Specialty and lead cross functional projects that drive the business forward on behalf of the team and channel.
Who you will work with In this role, you will be part of the larger North America Partners Performance team and reporting into the Director of NA Partners Soccer Specialty.
What you bring 2+ years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the soccer industry in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position Proven leadership ability Passionate about soccer, preferably an enthusiast and a participant Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations Strong working knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends Understanding of Team Sales Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Ability to lift and carry samples and bags weighing up to 25 lbs.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time NIKE, Inc.
