Senior but young acting male needs room (PORTLAND)

Separated.
I am looking for a room near bus lines as I do not have a car.
I am retired but very handy around the home if need be.
Quiet mostly, not a party'r but don't care if you are.
I do drink beer tho.
Enjoy music, board games, watching TV and playing w my cat.
During warmer weather, love to work outside.
My cat Rainy, is basically an outdoor cat, but will use a litter box if excessive cold or rainy out.
I am able to do temporary housing or longer if necessary and can pay 600 per month.
I am retired but do like working so I do some side work occasionally.
My income is fixed basically.
My cat is used to being around dogs and is very fearless.
I prefer older adult or young person whom is OK w my being older.
I will be gone a lot in spring as my home in NE portland needs a lot of work done to it.
