Shattered Empire is a really good story that follows the events of episode 6. If you're a fan of the perspective of the rebel soldiers in Star Wars, then you're going to like this comic book a lot. But there's also some classic characters showing up like Leia, Han, Lando, and a really bad ass appearance by Luke Skywalker. If you're a fan of Star Wars Canon, then I strongly recommend you to pick up Shattered Empire.

I enjoyed the comic. The only thing I take issue with is that because Disney accepts Clone Wars as canon. Why does Princess Leia sense Darth Maul's lingering presence on Naboo when he was still alive after his Episode 1 fight with Obiwan?

Stories spanning the star wars galaxy as well as filling a few plot holes between return of the Jedi and force awakens.
