Gemini opt-in is rolling out to select devices and countries—opt in to Gemini from your Google Assistant or by downloading the Gemini app.

When it WORKS, it's helpful and great. I had deleted the Gemini app, and it wouldn't respond to "Hey Google" anymore. When I downloaded it again, it worked like a charm. But now, suddenly and without me knowing wth happened, it won't respond again. Every few months, something happens when it becomes unresponsive. It's very aggravating. FIX THIS.

1) Every time I use it while using GMaps, it completely mutes my music/Spotify, I then need to restart my device to play my music. 2) doesn't read out loud results it finds on the web, just lists them which isn't helpful when driving out doing anything where you can't look at your screen. Not helpful, won't be using... seems to happen every time there's a device update and don't feel like spending the time to troubleshoot EVERY time.

Smooth and simple, also saves a lot of time when time is a issue, especially during driving, like ;if i need to call someone-i ask my Assistant" to do that, along with turning on Bluetooth. Anyway, i can focus on other things of more importance :such as driving and about anything else) now without taking my eyes off the ball. Thank you Google for a safer + easier way of life by way of the Google Assistant, it's a daily Great ! Without a doubt.
