In 2024, a series of new regulations in the field of construction law will come into force, encompassing changes resulting from provisions announced by March 14, 2024. Amendments arise from changes to the regulation on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, and the regulation on the detailed scope and form of the construction project. Furthermore, in February of this year, the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology announced work on further updates to legal regulations affecting construction law. The aim of these changes is to improve the quality and safety of buildings. New regulations are aligned with modern ecological standards and current social needs. From 2022 to 2024, we worked on an important project for the city of Lviv — the construction of a waste processing plant. Our task was not just to build the facility but to meet the client’s exact requirements. 🔧 13.5-meter Columns One of the biggest challenges was producing columns up to 13.5 meters long and 60 cm in cross-section. These dimensions required precision at every stage of production. 🔬 Sulfate-Resistant Concrete For this project, we developed a special sulfate-resistant concrete. Ensuring durability in aggressive environments was a key request, and we successfully achieved this through our in-house laboratory. 📋 Quality Control All materials underwent testing by independent laboratories, confirming compliance with the highest standards. ⏱️ On-Time Completion The project was completed within the agreed timeframe without delays or deviations from the plan. It may look like we are just lazy to interact, but believe me, this is not the case. There is a lot of plans and activities regarding our Hydronaut Project and Little Moon City Prague. Since we do have quite interesting findings after our summer activities and because we don't like to ignore uncertainties, we were busy with research focusing mainly on IT security, next generation infrastructure design and cooperation with our partners. So here we are: together with CVUT FEL we are taking next steps towards bringing you super-realistic space missions simulations. The aim is to prepare our systems to fully simulated flights to Moon and Mars including dynamic communication delays while keeping all of our rich scientific tools up and running smoothly. This means for example that our databases are going to be integral part of the analogical space ship and our CapComs will have hard time to understand what the heck is going on before messages, broadcasts and sensors metrics will reach our Mission Control Center here on Earth. But don't worry, you will still be safe, as there will be completely new Super Mission Control Center having realtime overview of the whole situation. 8) Stay tuned!

💡During the negotiations on the Climate Resilient Economy Act, the road construction enterprises were most vocal on asking to increase the number of green tenders. The state and local governments have a great influence on the market as ca 96% of roads are constructed through public tenders. ➡️One of the main aims has been to partially substitute bitumen in asphalt mixtures with other materials. ✔️And now, for the first time, Estonian Transport Administration is installing an asphalt mixture with lignin on a road section. The purpose of using lignin is to reduce the environmental footprint of the asphalt mixture.
