This award is a testament to our commitment to improving quality and delivering transformative solutions that drive exceptional customer experiences 💪💙 🏆 Richard Jeffery proudly accepted the award on behalf of Pepco, alongside our partner delegation from Coforge, whose collaboration was key to making this success possible. "This project was about building a robust and scalable test capability that sets a new standard for quality assurance in our IT projects. We developed a modern test center with cutting-edge automation, enabling us to deliver results with speed and precision. And this is just the beginning. This holiday season, many Pepco colleagues across Europe became Santa’s little helpers, supporting their communities and spreading a little magic to those who need it most! 🎅✨ We rolled up our sleeves to: 🎁 prepare gifts for children and young people from underprivileged families 🎨 host creative workshops for the youngest in foster care 🛠️ renovate classrooms in flood-damaged schools 🌟 prepare unique gifts for an auction, with all proceeds supporting the Fundacja Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy 🎄 decorate a couple of Christmas trees, and much more! Between November 24 and December 23, we bring our holiday tradition to life – our office colleagues step onto the store floors for two days of hands-on action in stores 🏪🎄 From stocking shelves to helping customers find the perfect gifts, it's a chance for our office team to experience the fast-paced holiday buzz while supporting the store teams 🎁 This tradition goes beyond simply helping during the busiest time of the year – it’s about team spirit and understanding the heart of what we do 💙 💬 "Coordinating this initiative is a rewarding experience. It gives office and store colleagues to better understand each other’s challenges. SZLACHETNA PACZKA (The Noble Gift) is a Polish social project that helps families in need all over the country. The culmination of the entire initiative is the „Weekend of Miracles”, during which recipients receive their tailored gifts 🎁 This year, thanks to the financial support of Pepco and the involvement of over a hundred of our colleagues from stores, distribution centers and Customer Support Center, we prepared several hundred gifts for 30 families from all over Poland 🙌 "I am glad that, as a Pepco team, we participated in the Szlachetna Paczka project. Together we managed to do something good, and I hope that our packages will make someone happy 💖", says Marta Wygiera, Regional Operations Manager, who mobilises dozens of Pepco colleagues every year. On International Volunteer Day, we want to send a huge 💙 THANK YOU 💙 to all our colleagues across every country for their involvement in volunteering. Your big hearts and willingness to help make the world brighter 💖🌟 Yesterday was a shining example of this commitment. A group of our colleagues gathered to wrap gifts for children from Care and Educational Facilities in Gniezno, as well as for the beneficiaries of Fundacja Nauka Życia, a foundation co-founded by our colleague Lucyna. Volunteers from the Foundation, alongside Lucyna herself, helped ensure everything ran smoothly 🎁✨ But that’s not all! A team of employees and volunteers from the Foundation also baked cakes and sweets for a charity fair 🍰🎂 The proceeds will go towards the Foundation's statutory activities, helping even more people in need. "The heart of every successful initiative is the dedication and passion of its volunteers. Without their support, none of our efforts would be possible. Daniel Jurić, our colleague from Croatia, is proof that at Pepco, the possibilities are endless. He joined us while still a university student, drawn by the positive energy of our team. Working at a nearby café, he often saw our colleagues stopping by for coffee – and that sparked his curiosity. Fast forward, and Daniel’s hard work and curiosity have taken him from cashier in one of our stores to becoming an Area Manager 💪✨ Despite graduating in physiotherapy, Daniel chose to stay with Pepco. Why? Because of the supportive environment and the amazing team spirit that inspired him from day one 💙 Here’s Daniel’s advice to anyone starting out: "Ask questions, stay curious, and focus on learning rather than rushing. Meet Weronika Gross—one of the creative souls behind the stunning prints on our children’s collections! 🎨👶 Weronika isn’t just an incredibly talented artist – she’s also a valued member of our team. And recently, she’s added another special role to her life: becoming a mom! 🍼✨ Her new perspective has only enhanced her ability to design the most adorable graphics for children’s clothes. How did her journey at Pepco start? It all began with her passion for drawing and her dream of creating designs for baby clothes.
