    🏃♂️➡️ If you are starting, don't track too many metrics. Pick 3 most important reports and focus on them. If your volumes are low, keep it basic. 👉 E.g, in sales: Total contract value, monthly quota, leaderboards. ❓ Then ask - Are we hitting/not hitting our goals? Why? - What can we do to improve? Then, look at secondary metrics/data. - Next steps? 🔄 Repeat this mantra and keep everyone's eyes on the primary goal. - Let them see progress in real-time - Keep everyone accountable for the next steps - Focus on enabling your team to be successful 💡 Don't let anyone escape from facing reality and taking ownership, and... - Let them fail and embrace pro-activity in looking for solutions - Reward every progress and success #salesoperations #crm #hubspot

You can do it using integrations with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, OWL, 6sense, and chat GPT, but...
