5 Advanced Amazon PPC Tips that you won't find anywhere else. 1- If a keyword has let's say 15 clicks with no orders, and you decide to pause it, wait and calculate what your ACOS would be approximately, if you get an order within next 3 clicks. If it is not too high, if it is close to the breakeven, don't pause. Wait for a couple more clicks before pausing/negating. 2- Some search terms are being targeted from multiple campaigns and have good number of orders, but you can't really tell because they are being targeted from multiple campaigns. Download the search term report, open in excel/sheets and insert a pivot table. Pivot combines the data of search terms across all campaigns. Now you know what search terms are the good ones that you can now target from a new separate campaign. 3- Using the pivot table just like in number 2, you can see which relevant search terms have high ACOS. Many times they have high ACOS because of poor performance in one or two campaigns. Search that search term in the search term report (Not in pivot table) and see in which campaign it is performing bad. Negate in that campaign. 4- Target important root keywords from Broad match type. This is a great way to boost organic ranks as well. Negate irrelevant search terms regularly, and optimize properly. I have seen broad match campaigns with very high sales and good ACOS. 5- Keep track of your conversion rate, probably the most important metric. Your aim should be to increase it as much as possible. You have high ACOS on Amazon because of this mistake 👇 Bidding high on all placements. Every keyword is different and every campaign is different. I have done tons of audits and most sellers make this mistake. A campaign which can have good ACOS easily is ruined by one bad placement. It is performing excellently on Top of Search but poorly on product pages and most of the spend is going to product pages. You need to optimize bids in a way that, you put minimum spend on product pages and maximum on Top of Search in these cases. Many times with our new clients, Just by optimizing placements we managed to lower the ACOS significantly. Attention Amazon FBA sellers! Amazon is now requesting SUPPLY CHAIN documentation. These documents can be either PAST or FUTURE supply chain documents. Past supply chain documentation includes permits and invoices for products that you have previously listed and sold on your Amazon account. This is acceptable in FBA wholesale and can be supplied at Amazon's request. On the other hand, future supply chain documentation refers to permits/invoices for the products you plan to list/sell on your Amazon account in the future. While it's better not to reveal your future planning, Amazon doesn't necessarily ask about them. Make sure to have your past supply chain documents ready as Amazon may request them.
