Upwork & Fiverr Sales Manager
Envobyte Ltd. is looking for a proactive and skilled Upwork & Fiverr Bidder and Sales Specialist. The candidate is responsible for identifying opportunities, bidding, engaging clients, and securing projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. This role requires an understanding of SEO, web development, and related IT services, along with excellent communication skills to engage clients and close sales.

Experience: At least 3 years of Freelance Marketplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
— Bid & Proposal Management: Proactively search for relevant projects, prepare convincing proposals, and submit bids on Upwork and Fiverr.
— Client Communication: Client Communication: Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored proposals with our solutions.
— Sales Closure: Follow up on proposals, address client inquiries, and apply negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring high-value project acquisition.
— Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and other members to ensure smooth project onboarding and successful delivery.
— Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
— Reporting: Track and report on bidding activity, proposal conversion rates, and project progress to management, continuously optimizing bidding strategies.
Requirements:
— Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelance marketplaces.
— Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Website design & development, SEO, Graphics design, and IT-related services.
— Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to engage clients effectively, negotiate terms, and close deals confidently.
— Proposal Writing: Ability to craft compelling, customized proposals that address client needs and showcase our expertise.
— Negotiation & Sales Skill: Strong negotiation skills with a talent for closing deals that benefit both the client and the company.
— Team Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams to understand project scope and requirements.
Self-motivated: Driven to meet monthly targets and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
