Aoa everyone. It is very important to seek support when something is not going right. On 24th May 2024, I received an e-mail from Upwork stating that I am one step closer to success and I got very happy. The news was that my proposal got viewed, but unfortunately I was not hired. When I asked for help from top-rated workers at Upwork, they told mey that my that the only flaw that might have stopped client from hiring me was in the first two lines of my cover letter. I considered their opinion and reviewed my cover letter as per their advises. I am thankful to everyone who extended their support and helped me. I have always believed in myself and my offerings. Alhamdulillah, I got a 5-star review from my client, and this is what attracts new buyers and more projects, your past client's feedback is a demonstration of your skills, 1) Don't forget to pray 5 times a day with Surah Waqia after Nimaz-e-Maghrib (Para #27), I promise it will solve all your problems related to Rizq, and Surah Yaseen after Nimaz-e-Fajr. 2)As we know Upwork becomes difficult for everyone but the only solution is to work on the Project catalog it will change everything for you. 3)Check the stats of your buyer when he posted the job before applying for it, -Hiring score of more than 80%, -Feedback score should be more than 4.7, -It depends on you but I apply to those client jobs who spend more than 3K-5K$, 4) Your complete profile should be professional with a good profile photo, Description, Specialised Profile, and project catalog, 4) Your communication should be perfect. These are some tips that I followed personally and got the results.

If you don’t know who I am, this post is for you! I am Muhammad Abu Huraira, a UI/UX Engineer and Frontend Developer. I started freelancing at the end of December, guided by my brother Muhammad Zain Ul Abedin. Initially, I began learning WordPress and Graphic Design. In 2020, I landed my first client for developing a WordPress website! Later, I ventured onto platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, but unfortunately, I didn’t have much luck there. I managed to get just one client from Fiverr. Then, I shifted my focus to freelancing on social media platforms like Facebook. Through consistent effort, I built my personal brand and attracted many clients! In 2022, I started taking clients under the name “Designtive”. My journey with UI/UX Design also began in 2022, although I had been familiar with website design and graphic design since 2018. In the meantime, I worked with two companies as a UI/UX Designer and WordPress Developer. From 2018 to 2022, I explored a variety of skills, including: • Influencer Marketing • E-commerce Development • 3D Modeling • Coding • Video Editing Coding is still in the Game! 😅 I dabbled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and even Python. However, I realized I needed to focus on skills that aligned with both my interests and the market demand. So, I narrowed it down to just two areas: • WordPress Development • UI/UX Design To date, I have worked with 50+ clients, primarily on UI/UX Design and WordPress Development projects. Unfortunately, I have only a few portfolio pieces to share as I lost links to many of them. After joining National University of Modern Languages (NUML) for my BS Software Engineering degree, I decided to shift my focus more toward coding. I began learning MERN stack development, starting with Frontend Development. Since I already knew HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I picked up React to further enhance my skills. I also completed an internship at That Nerd Studio, where I learned a lot under Sundas Riasat.
