Global DEI Benchmarks Awards for Inclusive Companies Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) are the standards for organizations around the world. The GDEIB helps organizations determine strategy and measure progress in managing diversity and fostering inclusion. GDEIB Standards help create more equitable and better-functioning organizations, confronting racism, sexism, and all forms of oppression, cultivating trust, acceptance, physical and psychological safety, leading inclusively, responding with agility, thriving through disruption, promoting wellness and self-care as ingredients for lasting change and contribute to creating a sustainable world. GDEIB authors are Julie O’Mara, Alan Richter and Nene Molefi. HR Metrics introduced GDEIB standards in Pakistan in 2018. Organizations from all sectors take part in it. GDEIB standards contains 15 categories and 5 levels of maturity for each category. There are 275 benchmarks in the GDEIB Standards. To contest for awards, organizations are required to disclose their DEI practices in light of GDEIB standards. International jury of Award assesses all submissions and declares winner companies. Global DEI Awards provide a mechanism to recognize and encourage inclusive organizations that use GDEIB standards to align DEI with organizational sustainability indicators. Diversity Hub is a Centre of expertise within HR Metrics. Its mission is to help organizations become sustainable through inclusive cultural and behavioral change. On 20 Dec 2024, Zahid Mubarik, CEO HR Metrics announced result of GDEIB awards. Based on the performance assessment of year 2024, three companies were declared as “Most Inclusive Organizations 2025”; including, Jazz , Engro Fertilizers Ltd, and METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited. PKIC is looking to hire Senior Associate – Financial Reporting & Budgeting for its Finance department. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for carrying out regulatory, management reporting and budgeting of the company; strong background of working on reporting & regulatory environment of the financial industry; extraction, compilation, rationalization and reconciliation of various reports and datasets, Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders for reporting and compilation of budgets; strong analytical skills with ability to conduct variance analysis of numbers and reports; Co-ordinate with IT function for MIS automation, proficient with MS Excel and handling of large datasets, ability to work independently within a high energy, high profile team; keen attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness, amongst other duties. Location: Karachi Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and budgeting. Qualification: ACCA, MBA: Preference would be given to candidates with certification/experience in Temenos system.
