The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Answering customers calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems Answer outbound calls and respond to customer queries Familiarly with CRM System & Practices Previous experience in a customer support role Fresh and Experienced both are encouraged to apply Record Keeping Related to Calls Experience in a Call Center as Outbound CSR (Recovery) is a big Plus Qualifications: Graduation in any field. Previous experience in Call Center as recovery agent will be preferred. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
