Thank you for such an amazing release. It’s a fascinating chapter of Philip Glass history - to hear such an early recording of Music in Twelve Parts is wonderful. It’s a piece of music that has evolved so much. Tim Evans

I remember first hearing Decay2, years ago, sitting at a desktop with headphones. The song began, all those screeches, like a chorus of hellish bats. It led into Attila’s throaty, rasping vocal. Then the more resonant intoning started. These dual sounds completely HYPNOTIZED me.
The earlier “Decay” is a brilliant inversion of the same ingredients. “HellO)))ween” is a riff monster. “BassAliens” is just that, spacey sounds exploring the low end of the spectrum.
