Salary: Php 55,000 - 70,000
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator, with a proven track record of installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and data center technologies.
5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, providing frontline support and resolving issues via ticketing systems.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud platforms, including advanced user and group management, permissions, and cloud services administration.
In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions such as Cisco AnyConnect, Meraki, SonicWall, and Fortinet, with hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting these systems.
Strong proficiency in VMWare and other virtualization platforms, including virtual machine setup, maintenance, and performance tuning.
Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments (20082022), with a strong understanding of patch management, updates, and system hardening.
Proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, and other similar platforms.
