The Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility ("CGIF"), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank ("ADB") has guaranteed PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk.'s ("HRTA") bond, issued last November 26, 2024 in Indonesia. The issuance consists of two tranches: 3-year tenor of IDR 59.5 billion and 5-year tenor totaling IDR 840.5 billion, for a combined amount of IDR 900.0 billion. Hartadinata Abadi is one of Indonesia's leading gold manufacturers and traders, and the only publicly listed gold jewelry company in the country. With vertically integrated operations spanning refining, manufacturing, retail, and export, HRTA continues to exemplify its commitment to innovation, market leadership, and sustainable growth. Now on its 19th year, the Summit brings together issuers, investors, together with their intermediaries to share insights on Navigating headwinds and tailwinds, which is the theme for this year’s annual gathering.    Mr. Hongwei Wang, Chief Executive Officer of CGIF, delivered the keynote on the rise and and outlook of ASEAN bond markets.

Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (“CGIF”), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (“ADB”) has guaranteed PowerDC HoldCo Pte. Ltd.’s (“PowerDC”) five-year SGD100,000,000 3.625 percent Senior Unsecured Guaranteed Bonds due 2029 (“the Bonds”). PowerDC is a member company of Vantage Data Centers, a leading global owner, developer and operator of hyperscale data center campuses. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to partly refinance PowerDC’s term loan, diversify its funding and investor base, and provide tenor extension via long-term fixed rate institutional funds.
