Please help our family (Pekin, IL 61554)

Please help our family.
We had to move out of our home and I thought it was going to be a good change for our family but it flipped out lives upside down.
I have 3 daughters living at home 1 of them is special needs.
She is Autistic, has Trisomy X and is non verbal with only 1 kidney.
We moved to an apartment got put right by the railroad tracks, very unsafe area that I was no aware how unsafe it was.
We can't take her out to play like a normal little 6yr old could.
If she gets out of the home bc she is a runner so we have to always have someone right there watching her at all times bc if she got out then my fear would be she would either get hit on the main highway or the railroad tracks.
Our vehicle is only going to last another year if that.
We are just in a very hard place right now.
I started go fund me to help us get a down payment on a home.
Anything helps.
