Celebrity Celebrity News Celebrity Legal & Lawsuits Jessica Serfaty Posts Photo with Boyfriend Ed Westwick After Sexual Assault Allegations Three women have come forward accusing the Gossip Girl star of sexual assault By Aurelie Corinthios Published on November 21, 2017 12:54PM EST Ed Westwick‘s girlfriend is standing by him after three women accused the Gossip Girl star of sexual assault. On Monday, Jessica Serfaty took to Instagram to share a photo of the couple, captioning it: “Nobody puts baby in a corner.” Westwick, 30, and Serfaty, 26, have been dating since May. Serfaty, a former America’s Next Top Model contestant who has a 9-year-old son from a previous marriage, had also been linked to Joe Jonas and Niall Horan. A source told PEOPLE earlier this month that Westwick and the Los Angeles-based model and actress were “looking at engagements rings” while vacationing in Paris in late October. According to the source, those plans were put on hold in light of the allegations against Westwick, though the two remain very much together. The first sexual assault allegation was brought against Westwick by actress Kristina Cohen on Nov. 6. In a lengthy Facebook post, Cohen alleged that Westwick raped her three years ago while she was visiting the actor at his apartment with her then-boyfriend, whom she referred to as a producer who was friends with Westwick. Though Cohen didn’t name the boyfriend in her Facebook post, she later identified him to the Hollywood Reporter and Deadline as an Australian film producer named Kaine Harling. Cohen filed a sexual assault report on Nov. 7, and Westwick is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department. Days later, former actress Aurélie Wynn, whose stage name was Aurélie Marie Cao, alleged in a Facebook post that Westwick raped her in July 2014 while she was visiting the actor’s rented home. Westwick has denied both allegations. “It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct,” he wrote on Instagram and Twitter. “I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.” https://www.instagram.com/p/BbSJdyahdKK/?taken-by=edwestwick Last week, a third woman came forward with sexual assault allegations against the actor: In an interview with BuzzFeed, creative producer Rachel Eck alleged that in 2014, Westwick “aggressively groped” her breasts at a hotel in Hollywood. Eck’s story has a connection to Cohen’s: Both women alleged that Harling facilitated their meeting with Westwick. (Harling did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. Westwick has not commented on Eck’s allegation, and his lawyer has not responded to multiple requests for comment from PEOPLE.) The BBC has since canceled Westwick’s drama Ordeal by Innocence, and that the actor had paused filming the comedy White Gold. Close
