Lauren Alaina

Lauren Alaina is an American country singer-songwriter. She first gained recognition as the runner-up on season 10 of American Idol and has scored three No. 1 songs: "Road Less Traveled," "What Ifs" with Kane Brown and "One Beer" with Hardy. She has released three studio albums, Wildflower (2011), Road Less Traveled (2017) and Sitting Pretty on Top of the World (2021). Alaina has been outspoken about her past eating disorder as well as her struggles with mental health. In 2021, she released her motivational book titled Getting Good at Being You: Learning to Love Who God Made You to Be. She was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry by Trisha Yearwood in February 2022. Alaina was also a contestant on Dancing with the Stars as well the reality survival show Beyond the Edge.
