Jada Pinkett Smith is an actress, producer, and singer-songwriter. She got her big break in 1991 when she landed the role of Lena James on the NBC sitcom, A Different World. Since then, she has starred in various films, including The Nutty Professor, Set It Off, Jason's Lyric, The Matrix Reloaded, and Girls Trip. She co-hosts the Emmy-winning Facebook Watch series, Red Table Talk, with her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, and her daughter, Willow Smith. She is also the co-founder of Westbrook Inc., an entertainment company she started with husband and actor Will Smith.
