Ryan Gosling Heats Up 2024 SAG Awards in Baby Blue Gucci Suit, Sans Tie of Course!

Ryan Gosling is not just Ken!

The actor, 43, showed up for the 2024 SAG Awards continuing his hot guy style streak alongside his Barbie family and fully proved that when Ken looks this good, he can stand alone without Barbie by his side. (Though Barbie looks just as hot!)

For his trip to the award show, Gosling wore a baby blue Gucci suit with white trim around the lapel. He skipped a tie and wore his white shirt unbuttoned — a move Ken would definitely approve of!

Gosling completed the look with a silver necklace and white dress shoes.

Gosling is nominated for outstanding performance by a male actor in a supporting role for Barbie. His leading costar Margot Robbie also scored a nomination, as did the whole cast for outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture. The film also scored a nomination for outstanding action performance by a stunt ensemble in a motion picture.

In addition to earning an Oscar nomination for this role, Gosling has also seen nods across awards season for his turn as Ken in last year's film. However, when he got an Oscar nomination and Robbie and the film's director Greta Gerwig did not, Gosling was quick to speak up about the two of them getting snubbed.

"There is no Ken without Barbie, and there is no Barbie movie without Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie, the two people most responsible for this history-making, globally-celebrated film. No recognition would be possible for anyone on the film without their talent, grit and genius," Gosling said in a statement shared with PEOPLE in January.

He explained that to say he's disappointed that they are not nominated in their respective categories "would be an understatement."

"Against all odds with nothing but a couple of soulless, scantily clad, and thankfully crotchless dolls, they made us laugh, they broke our hearts, they pushed the culture and they made history. Their work should be recognized along with the other very deserving nominees." his statement continued.

Gosling has stepped up his sartorial vibes throughout the Barbie press tour and award season, going toe to toe with Robbie as she rolls out her doll-inspired looks. Though he's not bringing Ken to life, he's bringing his own unique Ryan Gosling looks to each red carpet — whether it's a light pink suit, an ivory suit with red piping or a pastel look from head to toe.
