On Wednesday morning, Issa Rae and Kumail Nanjiani announced the nominations for the 2024 SAG Awards, recognizing individual performances and casts from film and television in the past year. The categories are voted on by SAG-AFTRA’s membership of more than 119,000 actors. According to a press release, the SAG Awards have the "largest voting body" of any major award show. Additionally, Barbra Streisand will be honored with the SAG Life Achievement Award at the ceremony. Last year's big winners included Everything Everywhere All at Once, The White Lotus and Abbott Elementary, among others.
