Mendes’s bilingual children’s book, Desi, Mami, and the Never-Ending Worries, hits shelves this fall.“It’s a wonderful book,” Gosling said of the title, forthcoming from Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group. “It’s also in Spanish. I highly recommend it.”The book, illustrated by Abbey Bryant, follows a young girl named Desi who learns to overcome nighttime fears with the help of her mother.
