His daughter, Ella Loudon, has followed in his acting footsteps. Craig married his first wife, Fiona "Harley" Loudon, in 1992 and they welcomed their only child together in November of that year. Two years after her birth, Craig and Fiona divorced, but they continued to co-parent their daughter. Although Craig and Fiona kept their family life out of the spotlight, Ella has frequently praised her parents and their careers — and she has even been her father's date for red carpet premieres. For Fiona's birthday in 2022, Ella posted photos with her mom on Instagram and encouraged her followers to listen to her music. "[I] am so thankful I got to be raised by such a wonderful bean … Who helped me write little songs as a release when I was upset with people at school or things in life," she wrote of her mom. She began studying at New York University's Atlantic Acting School, but she dropped out during her freshman year. According to the Berkshire Eagle, director Tina Packer from Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts, saw Loudon perform in nearby Stockbridge and later invited her to attend the company's acting intensive. Loudon would eventually perform in the company's mainstage productions of Twelfth Night, As You Like It and more, according to her agency Independent Talent Group. Loudon has also appeared in the films Maneater and Trauma Is a Time Machine. She is proud of her father Loudon has publicly praised her father's work, including his performance as the legendary action hero James Bond. "I sat in the royal box and got to watch my Pops kick arse as Bond for the last time," she wrote beside a photo of the two at the No Time to Die premiere. "I'm pretty f—--- proud. 17 years. Goodness. This is the only place I've had the best training and a clear understanding of what I'm doing," she told the Berkshire Eagle of Shakespeare & Company's training. "The people are amazing. ... "It is our hope that this collective will serve as the link between local organizations and our community here in Hudson, helping to spread awareness and raise funds to fight domestic abuse locally," Scaffidi wrote in a statement. "We are small but we hope to grow over time with the community." She is open about her health In an interview with the Berkshire Eagle, Loudon revealed that she has dyslexia. "It's amazing how the brain can naturally compartmentalize, but you're also talking to someone who really struggles with learning lines," she told the outlet. "There are some people who can just get it. It's not an excuse, but it's something I struggle with." After Loudon dropped out of NYU, she also experienced depression. At the time, she didn't want to act or participate in any of her other passions. "You might have the most wonderful people around you and who love you dearly, but you're still blinded to that," she said. "I was completely blinded to that. [I] felt so very alone and isolated myself, but my family noticed, and they took action for me in getting me help." "I don't think it ever disappears," she added. Loudon later returned to acting in 2014 at Riggs Theatre 37 in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, where her passion was reignited. Close
