"We're getting more sleep with Atlas than we did with the other babies, since Hayley isn't breastfeeding this time around. We can now share the responsibility of feeding which is really nice and allows me to have more bonding time with Atlas," says Tyler.

Meet Atlas Roy

"He's the perfect combination of Liv and Luca when they were newborns," the pair tell PEOPLE.

A New Chapter

"I'm not breastfeeding this time around because, now looking back, breastfeeding really amplified symptoms of postpartum depression for me. It was never something that came easy to me or something that I honestly enjoyed, no matter how many specialists we talked to or how well I was producing milk," says Hayley.

"I encourage anyone else feeling this way to do the same and to not feel any shame about it," she adds. "It has been significantly life-changing in the best way for my mental health and postpartum."

Friends Forever

"Luca doesn't know the difference yet, but he's adjusting well and loves looking at Atlas and giggling," Tyler and Hayley say of their older son.

"Liv is in love with Atlas, and is over the moon that she has a new baby brother to hold and love on. She says, 'He's so cute, so tiny, and so sweet!' "

Settling In, In Peace

"It has allowed us to be at home together all summer and during this newborn phase, while we adjust to life with three kids," Hayley says of welcoming Luca during the coronavirus pandemic. "We're all so grateful to be healthy and have welcomed a healthy baby boy into our family."

Tyler (who recently broke his ankle in a dirt bike accident), Hayley, Olivia and Luca all welcomed Atlas home from the hospital.
