The celebrity fitness guru and husband Scott Blokker are more than ready to take their first children, twins Sander Vaughn and Silas Rhys, home — but for now, they’re celebrating a huge milestone: moving out of the NICU. “Our boys graduated from the #NICU to their own room! 1 step closer to going home!” Shaun T wrote Sunday alongside a sweet photo of himself and Blokker holding their baby boys. “We are so proud of them and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE the #nicunurse staff! 🙌🏽 👶🏼👶🏽,” added Shaun T, 39, sharing more snaps of his sons to his Instagram Story. NICU graduation is only the latest in the twins’ growth milestones. Last week, Shaun T couldn’t help but post a few celebratory snaps after Silas passed his car-seat test, including one of the baby boy giving a side-eye to the camera. “For all the SHADY FOLK who said I WOULDN’T,” the new dad wrote jokingly atop the photo (only about 5 percent of voters clicked “I WON’T PASS”). The spouses have been making regular visits to the NICU to spend time with Silas and Sander — and the boys have been making their dads laugh. In two other clips posted to his Story last week, the fitness trainer and author of T Is for Transformation showed a wet car seat Silas had urinated on, and hilariously called out Sander for passing gas. So there are small victories that are amazing.” FROM PEN: Watch Jennifer Lopez Tear Up Remembering Her Twins Being Born Shaun T Honors Twins on the Way (Alongside Surrogate!) at “Rustic” Shower: It Was About “Celebrating Our Excitement” The small victories are likely just the first of many throughout Sander and Silas’ lives. As Shaun T — a sexual-abuse survivor — told PEOPLE in early November, his kids will “have a blank canvas” to grow from. “I want to be the best dad ever. I know Scott is going to be an amazing parent. I’m just excited,” he explained. “I guess this is the nervous parent talking.” Close
