In a new interview with Elle, the Expats star, 56, opened up about her life at home with husband Keith Urban, 56, and their two daughters, Sunday, 15, and Faith, 13. Kidman, who is also mom to daughter Bella, 31, and Connor, 29, with ex Tom Cruise, 61, says that while she loves being an actress, she also loves to be a "citizen who's in the world." Speaking about their home in Tennessee and how active she and her husband are in their community, Kidman adds, "I like being a part of something not about my work, not about who I am, none of that. Just a citizen who's in the world. And my kids love that, too, when I do that." "I love teenage girls," the proud mom explains. "I just find them exquisite. I marvel at that age group and what they're dealing with, but also their ability to handle so much." The star also says that her daughter Sunday can be credited for the fact that fans of Big Little Lies might be getting a third season. "She's like, 'Celeste, she's not coping in the second one, what is she doing? I could kind of see the point of view of Mary Louise.'" In fall 2018, Kidman appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and revealed that her younger daughters had been spending time on the set of Big Little Lies ahead of its season 2 release. "They were in as extras in Big Little Lies, which I’ve never told anyone, and I’m not being a big mouth,” Kidman joked, noting the girls make a cameo but didn't share at what point in the series.
