TMZ first reported Grande and an unknown man were spotted kissing at a Northridge, California, bar in February. The following month, the news outlet confirmed Grande's new man was real estate agent Dalton Gomez.

March 2020: A source confirms that Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are dating

In March 2020, a source told PEOPLE that Grande and Gomez had been dating since January.

A second insider told PEOPLE the two were quarantined together at the singer's Los Angeles home.

"Ariana is staying at home with friends. She is very serious about self-distancing and has been with the same group of people for days," the insider said. "One of the people she is with right now is Dalton — they have been hanging out for a couple of months."

They continued, "Ariana doesn't want to do another public relationship, so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton."

May 8, 2020: Dalton Gomez appears in Ariana Grande's "Stuck with U" music video

In May, Gomez made a cameo appearance in the music video for Grande and Justin Bieber's hit duet "Stuck with U," which included clips of fans and celebrities practicing social distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Associated Press reported that a judge granted Grande and Gomez a divorce nearly a year after news of their separation became public. Court documents revealed that the former couple had a prenuptial agreement and had no significant legal disputes during their separation.

A judge signed off on the terms of their agreement, which included Grande's one-time $1.25 million payment, along with half of the net proceeds from the sale of their home. Grande also agreed to pay up to $25,000 of Gomez's legal fees. Gomez will not be receiving spousal support.
