Elsa Hosk had a total princess moment on Halloween by paying homage to one of Princess Diana's most iconic looks of all time.

On Oct. 31, the 35-year-old supermodel revealed her costume on Instagram as a tribute to the late Princess of Wales' "revenge dress."

"Wishing you an ICONIC Halloween🖤," Hosk captioned the carousel, where she modeled her Halloween outfit. The Swedish model served Diana's "revenge dress" energy from head to toe, from a lookalike feathered hairstyle to a fitted, black, off-the-shoulder dress with an asymmetric hem and chiffon train completed with hose, heels and pearl jewelry.

"Sooooo gooooood," commented Hailey Bieber, who has also previously channeled Princess Diana's timeless style.

In June 1994, Princess Diana arrived for a gala at the Serpentine Gallery in London in a daring black evening gown by Greek designer Christina Stambolian on the same night that her husband, the future King Charles, confessed on national television that he had been unfaithful to her. Many felt that Diana sent a clear message with the fashion statement, and the press instantly nicknamed it the "revenge dress."

The look — which turned 30 this summer — endures as one of Princess Diana's most glamorous of all time, and Hosk closed her carousel with two throwback photos of the royal wearing the dress in 1994. Princess Diana died at age 36 in 1997 following a car accident in Paris, and the "revenge dress" was later sold at a charitable auction for $65,000.

Hosk also posted a short video of her royal homage on Instagram on Halloween, where she walked in a verdant park (just like Diana did as she made her way to the Serpentine Gallery) and imitated some of her mannerisms, including her head tilt and soft smile.

Princess Diana made a statement without saying a word when she wore the "revenge dress," and the little black dress was revisited in season 5 of The Crown on Netflix.
