Ortega/Getty Michael Madsen was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor domestic battery over the weekend. The Reservoir Dogs actor, 66, was taken into custody in Malibu at about 1:15 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, according to online arrest records, which added that his bail was set at $20,000. He was arrested under California Penal Code section 243(e)(1), which is battery of a spouse. A rep for Madsen confirmed to PEOPLE that the actor has now returned home. Additionally, his rep told TMZ and Variety in a statement, "It was a disagreement between Michael and his wife, which we hope resolves positively for them both."
